Six programmes, by audience and responsibility
Each programme has stated learning objectives, a detailed syllabus and a defined assessment method.
Programmes revised in September 2026. Act no. 37-A/2026 of 28 July repealed Article 19 of Act no. 5-A/2026, created the RTRI Management Board and set a staggered entry into force. All training programmes and materials have been updated accordingly.

| Documentary Toolkit | Immediate | Teaching materials, fifteen-case book, checklists and self-assessment grid, with twelve months of updates. | On proposal |
Sessions are delivered in person or remotely, to closed groups. [No DGERT certification of these programmes is asserted, as it is not confirmed.
